At FlikzoBD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide quality products and reliable service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Policy

Customers may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • The customer changes their mind after delivery.

  • The product was ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer.

  • The return request is made after the allowed return period.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • FlikzoBD is unable to provide a replacement product.

  • The returned item is approved after inspection.

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund process will be initiated.

Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 business days.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement subject to stock availability.

Customers must provide:

  • Order Number

  • Product Images

  • Clear explanation of the issue

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Customers are requested to check the product condition upon receiving the parcel.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
